Benjamin Oliver

Design

In 2002 Benjamin, along with his father Anthony, founded McCarthy Concrete. After nine years working in the field and managing the company, Benjamin diverged from MC to start Benjamin Oliver Architectural Design.

Benjamin's experience in construction and business management, along with his history as an artist, gives BOAD the ability to create a vision and culture for a project, understand the construct-ability and costs associated with his designs, and execute an efficient, quality project.

Benjamin has spent a significant amount of time in Nosara since 2007, allowing him to experience the rich culture and diversity, the unique experience when the two mix, as well as the lack of quality amenities for tourists and locals alike. He understands what brings people to Nosara and also what it will take improve the experience.
